No I don't think it was Dogland, but I know which movie you're talking about... I actually thought it was quite "disturbing", wasn't it??? I think it was maybe directed by that famous Chinese director whom I forgot his name. Anyways, they have been showing reruns of it where I live so I should probably get the name in a few days...
